    it will evolve at lvl 20, but you need to make sure the attack and defense stats are equal, i.e. since it's impish you will need to tweak the EVs - I recommend using an IV calculator (such as serebii's) to find the appropriate amount of EVs needed at lvl 20, with flawless IVs, and with an impish nature needed to make them equal, good luck.

    I would make the pokemon either non-or semi to attract customers like Musicmeaister, Winters Zombie, or Cipher Admin. Having them
    full redis makes them commonplace.

    I just bred a milotic, lol, unfortunately it doesn't have Haze or HP grass, I'll re-do it at a later date. EV'd, yeah, you do that I don't have much of an interest in your weird sets, no offense.
