In G5, wish, on the next turn, heals the pokemon by half of the HP of the pokemon that made the wish.

So if you switch out blissey, who has VERY high HP, and get a different pokemon who needs HP restored, their HP will be, most likely, fully restored.

I have a 31/0/31/31/31/31 lv 50 UT Bold shiny Milotic I had bred for me. No HP Grass, but min. confusion damage.

Also have an UT flawless bold magic guard cleffa (w/ wish).

How about:
Flawless (except for attack? Don't recall) level 100 BOLD Blissey w/ aromatherapy, softboiled, seismic toss, thunderwave.

The "problem" with this blissey is that it is EVed wrong - they put the 252 in def instead of sp. def.
In G4 games you cannot re-ev it.

However, in G5 games you can re-ev it (with "feathers" or something). I was holding off putting it in my thread until it was re-eved, but if you want it, it's yours.

I know seismic toss blissey. He's awesome.
What I'm saying is wish blissey is primarily used to "full restore" pokes in G5. I don't know what team you plan to make in G5, but... it never hurts to be prepared. (Unless you're running out of boxspace... :P)

And no, you can't breed wish onto Chansey - it's only an event thing.

It is VERY hard to trade for a legit wish Chansey. I have 3 different ones, but 1 is likely fake and 1 "barely passes" the test by an interpretation of someone who collects events.

Finding a Seismic Toss Wish Chansey (below level 100) that's legit is VERY tough - If you ever find one, snatch it up and please, PLEASE offer me a copy.

In all honesty, Wish Chansey/Blissey is typically not used as Seismic Toss Blissey - seismic toss is nice, but it tends to be a healer (aroma therapy, wish, softboiled, toxic and/or protect someplace in there - often instead of softboiled, which I think is a mistake).

If you're asking whether or not you should "wait and see" if you can find a better chansey... objectively, I'd say it's probably better to err on the side of caution and pick one up. Finding wish chanseys w/ good Ivs is super hard (I think there's ONE on this forum w/ "above average" IVs), but if they're legit then they're usually super-super hard to trade for.

As you can see, it's a bad chansey - but it has Wish. There aren't that many legit wish chanseys out there.

Anyways, did you need something else RCed?

1. The Evs are pretty mediocre. There just are no RNGed wish Chanseys, as they're 3rd gen giveaways. However, G5 Wish works differently than G4 Wish, and a Wish Blissey can basically full-heal most other pokemon.

2. I listed 3 pokes I'm interested in in your thread. I am really super-interested in the raikou, and sorta-interested in the other 2. If you don't want the Chansey, can I RC some things for you in exchange for the raikou and maybe the other 2?

I think we can work something out - I need your Gamestop raikou - and maybe more. Give me a moment.

It's not flawless, but it's a wish chansey so it's rare. It's also the one (of the 3 I have) that best passed the hackcheck a while back (wish chanseys are notoriously often faked).
