Just for the record, all other gift pokemon are created in the same way. So Bill's Eevee (And all other gift pokemon) is RNGable. Maybe you could use your Bold HP Electric seed for it :3

Let me explain to you the basic procedure for the Arceus event. First, activate the event and go to the Sinjoh Ruins. The hiker guy will take you to this cabin. Talk to Cynhthia there and then she leaves and goes to the ruins. Deposit all your pokemon except Arceus, then go to the ruins and save 1 step in front of the ruins entrance. Then just hit your seed like usual and advance to your target frame (The Dialga/Palkia/Giratina are Method 1, not Method K, because they're gift pokemon), then go inside. Cynthia takes you through this whole talk and then you can pick your pokemon. Check its IVs/Shinyness and if you didn't hit your frame, then Cynthia prob. advanced the frame when she was talking to you, so just rehit your seed and advance accordingly. For example, if my target was 20 and I hit 25, I would advance to 15 next time.

The Arceus has to be of diffrent origin. I think with a NoK Arceus, Michina Arceus, and TRU Arceus / Azure Flute can unlock it. but the Nok one is untested. I know you can get two diffrent Dragon Legends, but not the same one if you have Michina and Eng Arcues

Yeah. Kind of like what you did. But those three pokes come from an Egg, so I just don't know. I am unsure if anything in that cave advances your frame that much. My best guess is that it doesn't, as there really isn't anything that could in the cave. Ask the SQSR thread. Or I can snoop around for you, lol

I think you can treat the Sinjoh ruins event as a Gift pokemon abuse. If not, then frame 1. idk what you receive it on.

You need an Action Replay on order to get arceus.
You need to hack the Azure Flute Item in order to do the event in game.

Otherwise you could use TRU Arceus, and Michina Arceus to unlock the sinjoh ruins event.
I have both on my gen IV game, so if you require it, I can give it to you

For the Sinjoh ruins event you can't. You just get a plain pokeball...

Yay Love Ball! And, you can get two, but you need two different Event Arceus. So you can get one with the TRU Arceus, but then you'll need a diff. event Arceus to activate the event again (I think Michina, but Idk).

Yeah, I already got that :D I wish I could have pick a pokeball for him, but it's still awesome :)
