Well that's CPs. Thanks to the help of you, MMX, and WZ I'm able to do almost any kind of capture with Ease. Excluding Spots and Roamers(Until I find a working Rebattle code)

I may have figured out what was wrong with my previous Breeds and Shiny captures. I wasn't doing my Key presses correctly. *Facepalm to myself* O_O
Ah, sounds great! Another question. Do you have experience RNGing in earlier generations? I've been trying to learn how to do it in D/P/Pt and HG/SS with no luck.
One more question. Did you get the Snarl Zoroark event yet? I'm wondering if there is any use for it since it always has a Quirky nature.

Might be that HGSS doesn't lock if below the DSi model, but B/W is region if DSi and up.
"However, games with any DSi features are region-locked, so they will not work in a DSi whose region does not match, hence if you wish to play a Japanese copy of Black and White, you will need a Japanese DSi."
If it has features for the DSi it won't be locked, as I can play my Japanese White on my English DS Lite. So you might be able to get the Korean version to work on your DS phat/Lite. Good luck finding a legit one though.

Well I didn't actually read it myself, but rather I was told by Winters. Actually I think it just applied to using the DW. So I'm pretty sure you could use it one a normal DS, but you can't use the DW. Sorry my mind is messed up right now. :/ -
