    you could always check out an art thread of an artist who is open for requests and check if they're able to do it, do keep in mind that a lot of them are probably busy though!

    welp if you want to illustrate stuff there's plenty of site areas to choose from (fb art, sfp, art for articles and various tournaments, projects, etc.), becoming an approved artist is the first step towards that, although if you want to get into the community as well creating your own art thread would be a good idea, you'll probs get more useful feedback that way
