However, that 0 in there I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be in there or not, because the 2nd half came out as af4. So I put def4af4 in the reporter and what were the first 6 frames (monter IVs)?

Weird. That almost sounds like the power item just searches for the nearest applicable frame.

In your experience does swapping out power items to see what inheritence they give, or switching to new parents screw with your frames a lot, or is it still pretty steady?
