Damn... I'm always getting inconsistent delays. This is harder than I thought. ~_~
Well it found one, but it said I had a frame of 16? Weren't captures supposed to be on frame 2? O_o
Edit nevermind I'm stupid. I never turned the Cgear on, duhhh
So I tried calibrating, and nothing came up. I did the whole frame 3 800-1600 delay thing, but didn't find any results. I'm going to try widening them.

I was thinking maybe it just advances the nature, gender and ability, very rapidly as that's what it pretty much did for DPPt HGSS. Considering the NPCs no longer advance the IV frame, maybe the weather doesn't as well?
Edit: Oh okay, thanks. I'm guessing it might just mess with the nature PID instead :P
Sweet, they kind of made 5th Gen harder in some aspects, but easier in other's. Easier to get any nature + IV spread. Looks to be about the same for the delay smashing, meh. I was really hoping delays were gone, but oh well. No NPC advancement for IV's is going to be amazing, now it's just going to be a matter of RNG'ing wondercards just slightly easier with a sync.

Okay, cuz that's a little odd. So start the game, wait till my second timer is about to hit 0, when it does, hit the power button, catch a pokemon as quickly as I can and see if I hit the right delay?
Does the 1 step in grass advance the frame still, or is it always 128 steps = # of Pokemon = frame advancement?
Ah, so when you press the power button on the C-gear is when the delay is determined?
So say I want a higher delay than what my calibrated delay is, is Pikatimer still a viable option (for retail carts) to achieve hitting higher delays? Just instead of hitting continue, I hit the 'yes' for the c-gear while being in game?

Are C-gear seeds the same for everyone? Or do they differ with your Mac Address as well?
