You should note that when claiming a TLR Pokemon, you get it at its base form - that is, minimum EC possible, 0 DC, 0 MC, whatever counters it earned during the run, and normal moves. Normal moves mean Level-Up moves to Level 25, and 3 Egg and BW TM moves, not whatever it had when it was sent to you. -
