It's just like a normal battle at that point. Usually my trick room pokes are bulky because you don't have to spend IVs for speed, and a lot of times in triples people use moves like earthquake or rock slide which are only at 75% power when they hit multiple people.
Usually the trick room user is not the most offensively powerful pokes, so I rely more heavily on the poke on the other side of the party.
If I am using my water triple trick room team then they have a lot of water absorb abilities, so they last a little longer too.
