Just FYI, arbitrarily running 128 HP / 128 Spe / 252 Atk or SpA is not a good spread in any case. For most Pokemon, you'll want to be hitting certain "benchmark" EVs—in Heracross's case, 92 Speed lets it beat uninvested Rotom-W, which is the most common (and threatening) variant since it carries Will-O-Wisp.
