The 100 accuracy, potential to OHKO Yache Berry Garchomp and against Rain which I put a lot of emphasis that Abomasnow beats that if you use Grass Knot then Ice Beam is going to have quite a bit of use as your most powerful attack against a lot of their pokemon.

Ice Beam is stronger than Blizzard. 5 Base Power stronger first of all. It also has 100 accuracy in all situations.

I was Googling for a program that xElite supposedly made, scanning convo's for it, when I came across this:

you start up the game without turning c-gear on and use the MTIVRNG check code, convert your money and ID to hex (in that order; that got me once :V) and put them together!

then hope you got a good seed jajajajaja
