Use the following, "Uber, OU, UU, and RU" Ignore the other stuff and you will be fine. The person running this list updates it weekly, so you are never behind. Check it out.

Yup, just like the NU in 4th gen.
I've never seen the NU tier in action on the forums.
There is no such thing as NU in B/W, RU is basically the NU in 5th Gen.

I know what you mean, B/W is still quite unstable and the "Ask for Black and White Battles Here!" thread is pretty chaotic and all about OU. I'm currently looking for an RU match.

I had something saved for Meganium if the surf didn't crit, maybe you can see it next time lol. Yeah, specs espeon definitely would've killed Charizard
Naw I just think it would've been safer to switch meganium in after another poke died. Not sure if a non-crit surf + Ice Beam is a 2Hko, how many ev's did you run in sp.d?
