    If you do not ever try to train or EV the Pokes or take off their items, you're qualified :P

    Then you check the EVs. If they are 252 Atk 252 Spe 4 Def you use Rare Candies to level him up to level 100. If they aren't you use berries to make the EVs suitable so I can re-EV him. Ok?

    Then you send 3 Randorosu back to me each holding 1 item. 1 Life ORb 1 Leftovers 1 Choice Scarf.

    After all that is done you get a credit and as you cloned the Randorosu and kept a clone for yourself you effectively get a clone and a randorosu.
    The pokemon are anyways Frillish Ferrothorn Darumakka Vulpix Larvesta 2 different kinds of Virizion oh and Hydreigon. Hydreigon and Ferrothorn might take some time as Fenix54 doesn't have DS Wifi atm.
    Of course you don't have to use the credit you get right away so you can wait until then.
    At the moment, but I am getting about 5 more soon guaranteed and after that trying to get more.
