Okay, I'm coming in now. :D The Pokemon I need EV'd is a Surskit, 252Spatt/252Speed/4HP, with Hydro Pump (already on it), Agility, Ice Beam, and Air Slash :D Please keep it as a level 31 Surskit (it learns agility at that level.)
