Serious battlers do not think this kind of things, I suppose. They'd imagine it's a matter of color matching
But if anyone has doubts, a trade after the battle would clarify a bit.
Again, I don't see why Master Ball Chandelure (or other caught pokemon in a master ball) would seem hacked...

Master ball matches Chandelure well, like ultra ball on zapdos or again master ball on mewtwo.
If the pokeball matches the colors, I dont think it makes the pkmn look nooby.
It's what we do lol I want his terrakion and swellow and he wants my chandelures xD
