it depends really, there's no clearly defined amount of rates that will secure a badge. Quality is most important, but the quantity obviously needs to be there too. also, as with any badge, your attitude across the community is also taken into account because we're always hesitant to give badges to troublemakers. a controversial user will probably have to do twice the work of a nice user to get the same badge. also potential team team raters are examined to see if they're rating because of a genuine passion for teambuilding and helping people as opposed to just rating because they think it's the easiest and quickest way to get a badge. we see a lot of that.
