Just like what I told you. You need to find a good spread with at least two 31 IVs from your game. Put two random parents at the daycare then soft reset until you find one with two 31 IVs and inherited IVs from the parents.

1) Download VBA: VBALink v1.8.0 Beta 0 is the one I have.
2) Emerald ROM now this one is a bit tricky since there are some that don't work. If you have MSN I can get you the one I use. If not I'll link you to where I THINK I got it. I've had it for so long I forgot where I got it from exactly O_o...
3) Download RSEDecoder: RSEDecoder you'll need this for later on. It helps you check IVs AND PIDs.
4) Once you have all that you need to get the Ditto's from Eppie and once you do I'll show you how to do it or actually he'll email you the .dmp files (PKMN File) and he'll have a simple explanation on how to do it. It's really simple so don't worry.
