I have a dillemna.. with the giveaway, should I nickname the Seel's individually, and trade them to the person that contributed that particular NN, or choose one NN, and trade all the Seels with that NN?

Just RNGed a shiny Teddiursa, and it only took about 10 attempts to hit my seed :D.

Maybe. But make sure to highlight shiny somehow. As mentioned, people are too lazy to do more than look at the sprite and see if it's shiny. That's where you catch their interest. After that, they might read the rest. If the shininess is highlighted, they are even more prone to thinking "Hey, what's this thing?" Or at least, building on personal experience, I am. ^^
Next to the name, maybe? It will never look good, but at least it will be easy to spot that way. :P
Fair enough. I've always preferred to get them EV trained myself, so it seems good for me. Heh.
You might want to add a star next to the name of shinies. Y'know, because of some like Garchomp, Gengar and Blissey that might be hard to spot. -
