No. I'm actually going to learn to do that in a few days so I can unlock Groudon, haha. Apparently, they each (the starters) have different start frames...so you'll have to get that. Also...because of NPC movements, I hear most people just find a spread with target frame = starter start frame to make it easier. It's pretty high delay - like 5000methinks (in Riski's thread).

Ah, since sweet scenting in grass is totally random (supposedly) you want to know that after you RNG (hit your delay and frame) that you get the pokemon you want upon sweet scenting ^^
Encounter slots tell you that :)

Hahaha, that's pretty funny, lol. Catching stationary legends and catching roamers work the same exact way, minus one thing - encounter slots. HG/SS should be Method K and DPPt should be Method J. Seeds are the same.

The difference: On the main window of RNG reporter, right click on the spread and there is an option to click titled "Encounter Slots" or something. Click on that and you'll see numbers. Below numbers are four or so links - click on the link pertaining to your game. Search your pokemon and see if it matches encounter slots ^^

The hard part: Be careful of roaming NPCs who will advance your frame. In an area with many of them and you can't battle them to stop their moving (DPPT mainly)...then you'll have to calibrate your frame like in breeding (but this is hard because the slightest change might mean you screw up your frames even though you hit your delay. Best thing is to catch stuff in area with one or none NPCs ^^

Same thing as a legendary. Except you need someone with 'Sweet Scent' to instantly encounter the poke without random NPC's screwing up your frame. I haven't personally done it because I just got my hands on a Timid synch'er (And because I'm lazy).
