    Well.. really it's not that much to explain. lol Little Cup is Pokémon at level 5, you're only allowed to use Pokémon that are able to evolve and only in their unevolved forms. =) Example.. Charmander! They need different EV-spreads to benefit from EV-training, and sometimes they need different kinds of natures as well as egg-moves that you wouldn't want on normal higher level battle Pokémon. Such as Quick Attack. ;) There's a whole forum section on the subject here on Smogon.
    Lol, I have all of Syberia's untouched and Ev'ed Pokes. =) But I'm only gonna add like 10, and I think I have 20 new Pokes. :D

    I get a lot of new stuff today as wel so we wil see I get way more of syberias pokemon

    Sometimes, things like that can bother you =P, but I think, your friend had a simple mistake, or you. The IVs on the Staraptor I have is 31/31/28/24/29/31.
