Thanks! I still didn't do it right though lol, I missed my target frame. I didn't know a certain NPC advances your frame. But the Pokemon I got was still decent. I'll still give you the Bulbasaur if you want, because it's not fair since you have a different timezone. I was being walked through it too, by two others who know how to RNG abuse.
