Rapidash is flawless if it was the Jolly one, if it had a mixed nature it has flawless hp: grass. the chatot has flawless hp:water, but it might be hp: fighting too.
both are ev'd.

The nature and IV spread was requested by Skippy the Great.
I think it's not that useful in a Trick Room team as the whole idea of the -speed nature is the parahax from Body Slam, without lowering any stat besides speed.

Usually what I do is test team out on one of the simulator sites such as Pokemon Online or shoddy battle and test against a sample of players to get an idea when I'm uncertain.
