Well, here's what I can do for you. I can give you the times you need to reset and start the game off, but RNGing really needs the resources to be able to be done.
The time you hit. If you go to Pikatimer (please tell me your parents let you do this too), your wanted delay would be 639, the time/seed you would hit or the time to get to the game world.

The Delay is 639. If the day was 10-03-2010, the seconds is 50, then the date you want to set the DS to is 20:02:00. (HGSS) You have hit your frame if you call Elm 10 times and get the response EKKKPKEKPPPE. I think this is right.
