I was under the impression (and was told) that d/e moves spent en on evading or half on evading / half on attacking.
It doesn't matter to me, since I couldn't find any conclusive evidence, but if this is this the case shouldn't Seviper faint before getting the second attack off? Unless I'm missing something obvious in which case feel free to ignore me.
