First spread for Cress (w/ the 6 IV in Atk). Non-shiny is fine.
Synchronize for Ralts. Gender doesn't matter (it will end up as Gardivoir). I'll leave shiny on it up to you. A low Atk IV is prefered, but not absolutely necessary.

Wait, you mean Heal Ball, right? I don't think it's legal to catch one in anything but a pokeball 4th gen. 31/x/31/31/31/31 is fine :)
Oh wow--really? You can do it 4th gen and female and pink in a heal ball? I don't think it really matters whether it's a Gastrodon or Shellos--whichever is easier for you :)
