Alright, here's my 2 cents:

The Man of the hour, 2nd in command of ADV, Skarmory himself!
Lead Skarm goes 2 ways, either it's a Skarm that's more offensive or the usual defensive wall. I went for the Physical Wall since I needed Swamp to be offensive. Out of all the option for a Spiker (RIP Froslass), Skarmory was the best option out of the rest as Skarm provides a Steel defense for the team. Make sure to be as aggressive on Skarmory as much as possible as Skarm will die to Mag if you're careless. Don't be hesitant to double switch if you have the feeling Mag is breathing on you rn.
Since Skarmory is deadly allergic to Magnets, I figured the best option would be Swampert!
Swampert's awesome typing let it not only shrug off Electrics, Swamp's bulk allows it to act as a lynchpin that specifically calls for a grass move needed to deal with. Refresh is a sweet option if you hate status, Focus Punch works well on pressuring annoying stall teams.
Since this team requires Sand, Choice Scarf Tyranitar is a fine option to pick off both Latias & Gengars planning on ruining your day.
T-Tar's job is simple, trap any Pokemon weak to Dark, set up Sand, then leave. I've slotted in Stealth Rocks since Tar is good at scaring off opposing Pokemon placed in an awkward situation. Tar provides temporary breathing space for Special Attacks thrown around.
This was an interesting spot that we're in, since Skarmory provides defense physically, why not have a utility Rotom providing a Fire type spot?
IK this wasn't entirely original, but Rotom does provide the team:
-A levitator
-Double status
-An excellent typing
The downside towards Utility Rotom is the reliance of Pain Split itself, Chesto berry is useful at granting Rotom recovery & removes painful status all in 1 turn! Just make sure to be wise when using Rest as Rotom's pitiful HP means it can't tank as much abuse even with good defenses.
Double levitators is pretty common in bulky offense, seeing how Latias is a good wincon in 70% of teams built.
I love Latias as she is the glue towards many team archetypes developed, you could use defensive Latias to spread even more paralysis, though Calm Mind + 2 attacks is pretty good at eliminating a hidden Scizor in the last slot. Latias's excellent bulk + reliable recovery allows her to set up a generous amounts of Calm Minds. Do take note that T-Tar or Scizor will try to snipe you with Pursuit should you reveal Latias too early.
The last Pokemon on our list will be the 3rd member of DPP's big 3, Jirachi!
Bc this team needed an option to tackle DD dancers, Jirachi is a solid choice acting as another lynchpin dealing with Lum berry dancers. Shuca is mandatory in order for Jirachi to eat up a boosted Earthquake before finishing off its targets with its mixed coverage.
Iron Head is a blessing to our wishmaking genie, to the point that Jirachi sparked controversy in the DPP community, it's also needed to provide mixed Rachi a STAB option to clean up remaining teams.
Grass Knot is needed, seeing how Swampert could pose a threat to this team, maybe Hidden Power Ground could also be used if you hate Heatran. Either way, Jirachi does its work wonderfully regardless.
Admittedly, I'm not too familar with opting Mixed Rachi, so if the EVs are a bit off, don't be hesitant to readjust the EVs to your appropriate standards.
Thank you!
