The Tapu Lele user knows that Grafaiai dies to one Psychic. We know that the max roll for Psychic on 0 Sp.Def Grafaiai Papaya Berry is 297 HP. This Grafaiai is EV'd to have 298 HP and crucially survive the max roll on 1 HP. Since this uses up your item, Grafaiai can set up one Swords Dance and sweep because it activates Unburden and lets you use a 110 base power Acrobatics.
