I'm awarding the act win to Jho. JesusKun69 did not wait an appropriate amount of time before calling act and then went offline. (Standard scheduling procedure dictates you must wait 15 minutes before calling act, while JesusKun69 only waited for 7 minutes). Since this was not a valid act call and Jho himself had to wait longer than 15 minutes afterwards, his act call is valid.
