*Insider wins by Proxy due to being in Deoxys' Pokemon Adjustment. I don't want proxy submissions to be a common occurrence, since it, in a way, defeats the purpose of submitting abilities, but in this case, it is the basis of the submission, so I'll let it slide. Just know I don't encourage this.

With this, we head to the next phase: Distribution and Discussion. Both in this thread and on our Discord, you'll discuss how the winning moves and abilities should be distributed as well as discussing the changes that are already set in stone. This phase will last a few days.

Here's what we have regarding Distribution so far. This is in no way final, we're just looking for some thoughts and to get a few more opinions.

Moves
Freeze Shock - Old Distribution
Ice Burn - Old Distribution
Fairy Lock - Old Distribution + Mesprit, Phione, Manaphy, Everything in Fairy Egg Group (Aside from Snorunt, Glalie, and the Happiny line), Mimikyu, Tapu Bulu, Xerneas, Diancie | Tapu Koko (Would be suspect)
Aquatic Assault - Eelektross, Stunfisk, Armaldo, Dragalge, Azumarill, Any Water-type with 80+ Attack, Keldeo, Corsola

Zekrom @ Groundium Z
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Bolt Strike
- Earthquake

First things first, Xerneas cannot switch in safely due to Bolt Strike. Second, Tectonic Rage coming off of Earthquake heavly cripples Pdon as well. Overall, this Zekrom set can sit nicely among the top Uber pics.
252 Atk Teravolt Zekrom Bolt Strike vs. 0 HP / 168 Def Xerneas in: 313-369 (79.6 - 93.8%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

252 Atk Teravolt Zekrom Tectonic Rage (180 BP) vs. 144 HP / 0 Def Groudon-Primal: 290-342 (76.9 - 90.7%) -- 25% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

+1 252 Atk Teravolt Zekrom Outrage vs. 252 HP / 160+ Def Lugia: 420-494 (100.9 - 118.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

+2 252+ Atk Arceus Extreme Speed vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Zekrom: 232-274 (68 - 80.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+1 252 Atk Teravolt Zekrom Bolt Strike vs. 240 HP / 0 Def Arceus: 454-535 (102.9 - 121.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Kyurem-White @ Life Orb
Ability: Turboblaze
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Ice Burn
- Fusion Flare
- Earth Power

This is the usual KyuW set in Ubers, with Ice Burn replacing Ice Beam, but a huge difference here is Turboblaze, allowing it to OHKO Dusk Mane Necrozma. Ice Burn also cripples switch-ins much more than before, even potentially OHKOing Xerneas after Rocks. It still struggles against things like Blissey and Bulky Waters, but is way more viable now.

Kyurem-Black @ Life Orb / Assault Vest
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Fusion Bolt
- Freeze Shock
- Outrage
- Roost / Ice Shard

Just happy its ubers tbh. Physical, stronger BoltBeam is great and priority for a mon with such high Attack. Prolly will also make use of Boots

Reshiram @ Groundium Z / Firium Z / Leftovers
Ability: Turboblaze
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Blue Flare
- Draco Meteor / Dragon Pulse
- Earth Power / Calm Mind
- Will-O-Wisp

Reshiram remains meh.

More to be added soon

Obligatory Discussion Post

Luxray @ Anguish Bandanna
Ability: Strong Jaw
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Thunder Fang
- Crunch
- Sucker Punch / Volt Switch
- Ice Fang / Volt Switch

Luxray is still held back by its poor Speed tier and meh bulk, but with STAB priority and Strong Jaw, Luxray looks like a decent choice in UU if you account for its shortcomings. Strong Jaw Crunch hits like a truck and the buffs to the Fang moves just help it even more. You can even run Thunder Fang if you don't like Wild Charge recoil as it still hits 127.5 BP before STAB (compared to Wild Charge's 150) and has a 20% chance to paralyze.
Oh, and Guts still exists, too

Uxie @ Leftovers
Ability: Dimension Warp
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psywave
- Recover
- Will-O-Wisp
- Stealth Rock

Psychic/Ghost is a pretty terrible defensive typing, but with Dimension Warp, all of a sudden, it becomes a great defensive typing, only being weak to Poison and Psychic while having 2 immunities and 2 4x resistances. This combined with Uxie's newfound access to Recover and Will-O-Wisp as well as its normal utility options in U-Turn, Stealth Rock, TWave, and Screens makes Uxie a cool defensive mon and probably the most viable user of Dimension Warp.

Sandslash-Alola @ Icium Z
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Spiky Shield
- Ice Punch
- Earthquake

Speed Boost makes anything better and the addition of Spiky Shield certainly helps Snowslash's case to be a threat even in OU. If you give it time to set up, its Ice/Ground coverage and constantly boosting speed will allow it to sweep quite easily unless you have something with Mach Punch or Flame Bullet.

Banette @ Banettite
Ability: Insomnia / Dark Rising
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD ( or 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe)
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Return
- Shadow Punch / Drain Punch
- Copycat

The set up takes time, but if you get a Swords Dance and an attack off, Mega Banette can become a wrecking ball quite quickly with Prankster Copycat. Plus, it has a great defensive typing, allowing it to set up a bit easier or run a defensive set with options like Will-O-Wisp and Destiny Bond. Funnily enough, normal Banette is also probably the best counter in the game for a Parasect not running Will-O (Standard Sect doesn't right now), as Insomnia allows it to switch into Spore, its typing makes it immune to Shadow Charge and resistant to Bug Bite, and it threatens to OHKO even pre-Mega with Shadow Punch.

Silvally in general is way better. Probably not quite OU caliber yet, but in UU and below, it's a versatile threat now that it has Recovery and even more coverage than before.

Ledian @ Choice Band / Life Orb
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- U-turn / Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Mach Punch
- Ice Punch

Ledian isn't the strongest, even with Huge Power, but it's strong enough to chunk most things with a Banded or +2 Close Combat and has nice priority in Mach Punch. Plus, Ledian has a ton of coverage that the other two Bug/Fighting-types can only dream of, like Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Bullet Punch, and Knock Off.

If you thought it was hard to switch into Water moves from these before, try switching into a 120 BP Water now.

Weavile @ Choice Band / Anguish Bandanna
Ability: Dark Rising
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Ice Punch
- Pursuit
- Ice Shard

A free attack boost from switching into a weather and an Ice STAB move with 100% Accuracy? Not the biggest buffs, but good enough for something as good as Weavile in UU or OU

Zeraora @ Anguish Bandanna
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Wild Charge
- Knock Off
- Close Combat
- Ice Punch

As if Zeraora wasn't already good enough in UU...

Gengar @ Distress Glass
Ability: Etheral Fist
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shadow Punch
- Sludge Bomb
- Fire Punch
- Drain Punch

Gengar really appreciates that 102 BP STAB and 102 BP Fire coverage, making it even harder to switch into.

Meloetta @ Relic Charm
Ability: Technician (turns back into Serene Grace due to a bug)
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Return
- Close Combat
- Ice Punch
- U-turn

I mean, while that bug exists, might as well take advantage with a 40% chance to freeze. Yeah, we should probably nerf that...

Lopunny @ Lopunnite
Ability: Limber
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Return
- High Jump Kick
- Hot Tag / Ice Punch
- Fake Out / Ice Punch
OO: Thunder Punch

Lopunny goes from a nice cleaner to a nice cleaner that can also be a very annoying pivot, gifting stat boosts to its teammates like the good ol' days of Baton Pass + Power-Up Punch (if those days ever existed).

Breloom @ Leftovers / Toxic Orb
Ability: Technician / Poison Heal
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fairy Lock
- Drain Punch / Mach Punch
- Spore
- Swords Dance

If you somehow pull this off, I hate you

Kyurem @ Icium Z
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 56 HP / 200 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Substitute
- Ice Beam
- Earth Power
- Roost

The buffs it did get aren't too big, but the banning of Kyurem-Black gives Kyurem less competition in being an Ice/Dragon-type
Pending

I guess I'll post some of my thoughts on the new changes!

Really excited for this guy! Ghost/Normal is not only great defensively, but also provides almost perfect neutral coverage, only resisted by Bisharp and Pawniard which both fall to Drain Punch. Unfortunately, running Fighting coverage on a Copycat set means it can't use Swords Dance. Luckily, we got Dark Rising to patch that up! +1 Atk makes Mega Banette a force to be reckoned with, and Shadow Charge is very hard to switch into during Shadow Sky.

Hot Tag is a really interesting move to build momentum for teammates. I'm most excited to use it to boost strong wallbreakers that can't boost themselves, like Mega Medicham. I can see Fightinium Z sets on certain pokemon while running Fighting coverage, to have the option of a Nuke or a Pivot that also boosts your switch-ins speed.

The Grudge Dagger seems like a really strong item. The first thing that I thought of was using it alongside Obstinacy, leading to crazy things like 2.5x damage on a neutral hit (that could be wrong, I'm not really doing math). Bullet Punch, Vacuum Wave, Endure lucario with a Grudge Dagger could lead to some epic sweeps.

Jack of all trades is another interesting ability. It won't be good on something like Blacephalon or Smeargle, but I can see Hoopa using it, and possibly Sigilyph and Absol in lower tiers.

Aquatic Assault will be fun for strong waters like Crawdaunt. The punches and fangs are really great coverage now (I'm scared of Mawile with fire fang), and Ethereal Fist users really benefit from the buff. Uxie is looking good for stall, and most of the other pokemon adjustments look good as well!

That sums up my quick thoughts on this update, can't wait to play it!

Effect: 85% Accuracy. 30% Chance to lower the opponent's Special Defense by 1
Priority: 0
Misc.: Sound, hits both opponent's in a double battle
Z-Move: 185 BP Corkscrew Crash
Niche: There needs to be more special Steel moves, so here.
Potential Pokemon With This Move: Old distribution + some more Steel-types

Name: Shell Trap
Existing Move?: Yes
Category: Special
Type: Fire
BP: 85
PP: 16 Max
Effect: 100% Accuracy, If the user takes damage before use, then its power is boosted 1.5x
Priority: 0
Misc.: N/A
Z-Move: 160 BP Inferno Overdrive
Niche: Turtonator's signature move really isn't that good, so this give Turt a fairly strong STAB move that can also punish your opponent for hitting you like it was intended.
Potential Pokemon With This Move: Old distribution + Torkoal, Magcargo

Name: Psy Kick
Existing Move?: No
Category: Physical
Type: Psychic
BP: 80
PP: 16 Max
Effect: 100% Accuracy. Target's the opponent's Special Defense
Priority: 0
Misc.: Contact, Kick
Z-Move: 160 BP Shattered Psyche (targets physical defense)
Niche: This is a cool option for physical Psychic-types to get a leg up on opposing physical walls
Potential Pokemon With This Move: Physical Psychic-types, Pokemon with Sole Caliber

Name: Heartbeat
Existing Move?: No
Category: Physical
Type: Fairy
BP: 25
PP: 48 Max
Effect: 100% Accuracy. Hits 2-5 times
Priority: 0
Misc.: Sound
Z-Move: 140 BP Twinkle Tackle
Niche: This is partially for the name, but this moves has the potential to be the strongest physical Fairy-type move at 125 BP and instead of breaking substitutes, it goes through them
Potential Pokemon With This Move: Pokemon heavily linked to hearts (Magearna, Phione & Manaphy, Woobat line, etc.), Breloom, Minccino line, Aipom line, possibly other Skill Link users
Name: Ramblin' Evil Mushroom
Existing Item?: No
Effect: If the opponent makes contact with this Pokemon, this item is consumed and the opponent becomes confused
Removable via Knock Off?: Yes
Ignored by Klutz?: Yes
Fling BP: 10, confuses the opponent
Niche: A bit of a meme, but could be an annoying way for set sweepers or walls to buy time
Name: Flower Gift
Existing Ability?: Yes
Effect: Same effect as before and summons sunlight
Niche: One big reason why Flower Gift is bad is the fact that you need sun support to make it work (the other reason is that the only mon with the ability is Cherrim, but I digress), so this fixes that problem right up, allowing Cherrim be a good a decent standalone Pokemon
Potential Pokemon With This Ability: Cherrim

Name: RKS System
Existing Ability?: Yes
Effect: Same effect + affected by Z-Crystals
Niche: Why didn't I do this last slate again?
Potential Pokemon With This Ability: Silvally

Name: Hasty
Existing Ability?: No
Effect: This Pokemon's moves don't have to charge up and this Pokemon doesn't have to recharge
Niche: This ability from The New First Gen could give something with lower offenses a way to abuse strong moves like Sky Attack, Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, and Solar Beam
Potential Pokemon With This Ability: Rattata line (the mon that got it in TNFG was a rat and had similar stats), Pokemon that learn a lot of charge/recharge moves, Pokemon that need a buff like this

Pokemon: Cherrim
New typing: Grass -> Grass (Normal), Grass/Fire (Sunshine)
New Abilities: N/A
New Moves: Play Rough, Solar Blade, Flame Burst, Charm
Niche: If you're gonna have an ability that boosts your Attack despite having 60 base Attack, might as well make good use of it. Combined the buff to Flower Gift that hopefully wins, Cherrim enters battle with 328 Attack with max Attack and a neutral nature, which is equivalent to Adamant base 100, which isn't too shabby. This combined with a dangerous STAB combo in Solar Blade and Sun-boosted Storm Strike makes Cherrim a pretty threatening Swords Dance sweeper. Or, there's still the possibility of running a special set, as, even off of just 85 Special Attack, Solar Beam, Weather Ball, and Dazzling Gleam will hurt while being able to set up with Growth.

Pokemon: Seel line
New typing: Ice/Water
New Abilities: Gluttony (Replaces Thick Fat)
New Moves: Belly Drum, Aquatic Assault
Niche: An old idea from Gen 6 NU Theorymon provided the inspiration for this. With the coveted Gluttony + Belly Drum combo Linoone used to have, Dewgong can set up easily with its bulk, then attempt to sweep through the opponent with it's unique dual STAB priority combo of Ice Shard + Aqua Jet, with help from Drill Run for coverage or Aquatic Assault for higher STAB damage. In the right situation, after one turn with this thing, your opponent's fate is seeled!

Pokemon: Crabrawler line
New typing: Fighting (Crabrawler), Fighting/Ice (Crabominable)
New Abilities: Adaptability (Replaces Hyper Cutter)
New Moves: Swords Dance, Ice Shard (Crabominable only), Rinse Off, Sky Uppercut, Liquidation
Niche: Can this big boy be good please? A set of Ice Shard/SD/Drain Punch/Rinse Off or Close Combat should be enough to give Crabominable a niche in OU and not just on the lowly Manual Trick Room archetype.

Pokemon: Accelgor
New typing: Bug/Dark
New Abilities: Swarm (Replaces Unburden)
New Moves: Taunt, Dark Pulse, Throat Chop, Foul Play, Pragma Strike, Swords Dance, Calm Mind
Niche: Making a ninja a Dark-type is generic, but this plus the additions of Swords Dance, Taunt, and Calm Mind makes Accelgor a cool sweepr or Spikes setting lead that can annoy a lot of teams in UU, especially since Housekeeping is less common there and it can Taunt and Recover on Blissey then U-Turn out.

Name: Block Master
Existing Ability?: No
Effect: This Pokemon is immune to Punch moves.
Niche: The punch moves have been buffed so much now, both directly with damage and secondaries and indirectly with strong Ethereal fist users, especially Mega Alakazam and Gengar. This hopefully stops them from being too strong as STABs, and maybe more importantly, as coverage.
Potential Pokemon With This Ability: Sawk, Throw, Hariyama, Muk-Alola, Regis, Mudsdale, Cloyster, Mandibuzz, more

Name: Shadow Tag
Existing Ability?: Yes
Effect: Traps Ghost types and takes 1/2 damage from Ghost moves.
Niche: Makes Shadow Tag able to be unbanned but still have a very useful ability of trapping and killing the annoying ghost types who were previously untrappable.
Potential Pokemon With This Ability: Old distribution, possibly one or two more

Name: Cute Charm
Existing Ability?: Yes
Effect: Lowers opponent's SpA by one stage when switching in or gaining this ability.
Niche: Special Intimidate clone
Potential Pokemon With This Ability: Old distribution + a few more

New Abilities: Comatose (HA)
Niche: Musharna rises again! Comatose lets it act as a good stall or bulky offense mon with a pretty good defensive typing, reliable recovery, and Toxic or Calm Mind. Being immune to status itself allows it to remove opponents more effectively.

Potential Pokemon With This Move: Current distribution, plus things like Garchomp line and Marowak

Pokemon: Komala
New typing:

New Abilities: Fur Coat (Hidden Ability)
New Moves: Rest, Slack Off
Niche: Komala now has Fur Coat, reliable recovery and a typing that gives it 4 new resistances. This should increase Komala's lifespan and make it a good option to run on balance/stall teams. Komala also has an amazing movepool with gems such as Rapid Spin, U-turn or Sucker Punch.

VB: Bats and mmons with lore based on Bites and Fangs

Pokemon: Archen and Archeops
New Ability: Early Bird (HA)
Move Additions: Dragon Dance, Brave Bird, Power Gem, Meteor Shower

Early Bird is a pun on the fact it's the First Bird Pokemon. The rest is just to improve the pool a bit (And it's on the Dragon egg group). It shouldn't have that much longevity and Early Bird is somewhat useless so it should be fine.

Pokemon: Alolan Raichu
New Ability: Levitate (Replaces Surge Surfer)

Allows it to be unbanned

Pokemon: Lugia
New Type: Psychic / Flying
New Ability: Air Current (Replaces Pressure)

Water / Dragon was a dumb change but ay, at least now it can keep scald and dragon-type seismic toss

Pokemon: The Totems
New Ability: Beast Boost (HA)

Makes for interesting new strats with them (Ban Totemdemaru tho)

I don't think Melting Pads are a good idea. A pokemon can effectively remove its Ice weakness or make an enemy pokemon's STAB useless. Even worse, it can't be knocked off. I don't think there are any notable defensive abusers except Avalugg, I'm still against the item.

Thus beings the Distribution Phase, so discuss distribution both here and on Discord (linked in the HIDE box)

Oh yeah, due to the changes:
- Archen is quickbanned from LC - It was already good when it had Defeatist and now you give it Brave Bird and an actual ability. This thing would be good offensively in PU, let alone LC
- Shadow Tag is unbanned - duh
- Gengarite will NOT be unbanned (yet) - This may get discussed, but Mega Gengar's stats and ability to trap opposing Mega Gengars and other Ghosts still makes me think that it may be too strong

Obligatory Discussion Post

Aegislash @ Leftovers
Ability: Block Master
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- King's Shield
- Swords Dance
- Sacred Sword / Stalwart Sword
- Shadow Claw

Aegislash @ Leftovers
Ability: Block Master
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- King's Shield / Rest
- Iron Defense
- Shield Slam
- Toxic / Sleep Talk

Aegislash.... actually doesn't look very good at all. Without it being able to go into Blade form, it's pretty passive without an Attack boost, having the same Attack as a Azumarill WITHOUT Huge Power, and while it has massive bulk, it lacks reliable recovery and useful utility moves outside of King's Shield (and Reflect ig), so it fails as a wall. This leads to its best sets being bulky SD or a cheesy Iron Defense + Shield Slam set that could easily get walled by most Steel-types before setup. It can also do Power Trick cheese, but I'd rather use Shield Slam... or Eviolith Doublade for that matter.

Gothitelle @ Aguav Berry
Ability: Shadow Tag
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Dark Pulse
- Taunt

This thing isn't super duper good, but it can attempt to use Special Ghost-types as complete setup bait at least. Unrelated, but since vanilla Ubers suspected this thing, I think we saved the tier...

Decidueye @ Decidium Z
Ability: Shadow Tag
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Spirit Shackle
- Swords Dance
- Leaf Blade
- Roost / Sucker Punch / Shadow Sneak

This is probably the best Shadow Tag user, being able to trap anything it wants and try to set up or eliminate them with Sinister Arrow Raid. A bulky set could even be used to make setting up easier and make it fear Ghosts even less.

Wobbuffet @ Aguav Berry
Ability: Shadow Tag
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Counter
- Mirror Coat
- Encore
- Destiny Bond

This thing can beat Ghosts and only Ghosts. Better than nothing, I guess.

Marowak-Alola @ Thick Club
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Flare Blitz
- Shadow Charge
- Bonemerang
- Flame Wheel

We gave Trick Room some Jirachi counterplay. Trick Room shall rise again.

Musharna @ Room Extender
Ability: Comatose
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Psywave / Moonlight
- Teleport / Moonlight
- Healing Wish
- Trick Room

Trick Room shall rise again

Lucario @ Fightinium Z
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Aura Sphere
- Nasty Plot
- Metal Sound
- Vacuum Wave

Lucario @ Fightinium Z
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Swords Dance
- Extreme Speed
- Crunch

If you thought that it was gonna be an Obstinacy set and left out your unsuspecting Dark-type, then you're in for a world of pain. Also, Metal Sound.

Archeops @ Choice Band / Flynium Z / Anguish Bandanna
Ability: Early Bird
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Head Smash
- Brave Bird
- Earthquake
- U-turn / Dragon Dance

Archeops @ Choice Specs
Ability: Early Bird
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Meteor Shower
- Heat Wave / Focus Blast
- Earth Power / Focus Blast
- U-turn

Archen @ Eviolith
Ability: Early Bird
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly / Hasty Nature
- Head Smash
- Brave Bird
- Earthquake / Heat Wave / Meteor Shower
- U-turn

Archeops honestly worries me. Paper bulk, but if you let this thing hit you, you're probably already dead
Also, even Archen hits like a truck. Probably not UU material like Scyther, but if we made lower tiers, this thing is probably NU and PU's worst nightmare.

Komala @ Leftovers
Ability: Fur Coat
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Impish Nature
- Slack Off
- Rapid Spin / Yawn / Toxic
- U-turn
- Knock Off

Komala @ Leftovers
Ability: Fur Coat
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Slack Off
- Bulk Up
- Wood Hammer / Return
- Earthquake

This tiny little thing is a neat hazard remover or Bulk Up sweeper. With Fur Coat, Komala can reach an astounding 502 Defense, coupled with Slack Off and this thing can be hard to take down. With that, Komala can Bulk Up to its heart's extent or Spin hazards and pivot in and out

Accelgor @ Distress Glass
Ability: Swarm
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Bug Buzz
- Dark Pulse
- Calm Mind
- Focus Blast / Sludge Bomb

Accelgor @ Leftovers
Ability: Swarm
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Substitute
- Taunt / Recover
- Calm Mind
- Bug Buzz

Accelgor's Bug Buzzes hit like a truck thanks to Swarm and its lightning fast speed makes it a great cleaner. Also, SubCM can kinda be a thing I suppose.

Infernape @ Anguish Bandanna
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Close Combat
- Flame Wheel
- U-turn

What if you wanted to switch out
But God said
BLAZE-BOOSTED FLAME WHEEL

Lopunny @ Lopunnite
Ability: Cute Charm
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fake Out / Hot Tag
- Return
- Close Combat
- Ice Punch

With a new pivoting move and a Special Intimidate, Lopunny has really enjoyed the last two slates, huh?

Heatran @ Steelium Z
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Metal Sound
- Incinerate
- Earth Power
- Stealth Rock

I sure love having my item burned by Heatran on switch-in and then get murdered by a 185 STAB Steel move from a Heatran that I wasn't expecting. It's very very fun.

Marowak @ Thick Club
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Mud-Slap
- Bonemerang
- Ice Punch

Y'know, it may be outclassed by Marowak-Alola, but Marowak-Kanto has gotten a considerable amount of buffs. A priority STAB move, an item that gives you Huge Power that can't be Knocked Off, and an ability that allows you to ignore immunities from its Ground moves. That's a very, very good deal, I'd say.

Z - M O V E S

Considering the fact that Shadow Tag was legal in LC, Gothita can be unbanned but oh boy did it get a huge nerf, especially when their's only 1 or 2 viable Ghosts.

Archen @ Eviolith
Level: 5
Ability: Early Bird
EVs: 76 HP / 180 Atk / 196 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Head Smash
- Heat Wave
- Hidden Power [Grass]

We banned this thing for a very, VERY good reason. One glance at its stats and movepool with an ability that doesn't hurt it should tell you why an already offensive meta can't contain this monster.

Mienfoo @ Eviolith / Eviolite
Level: 5
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 196 Def / 36 SpD / 236 Spe
Jolly Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Hot Tag
- Knock Off
- Fake Out

Any buff to one of the best Pokemon in the meta is huge. When you're running away from Spritzee's unbreakableness, you can give the thing you chose to beat a little boost to help it.

Magnemite @ Choice Scarf
Level: 5
Ability: Analytic
EVs: 240 SpA / 240 Spe
Modest Nature
- Volt Switch
- Metal Sound
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power Fire

In a meta where Spritzee is one of the best, if not the best, wall, having a 110 BP move to cut through it a very useful

Ponyta @ Firium Z / Eviolith
Level: 5
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 236 Atk / 76 Def / 196 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flame Wheel
- Flare Blitz
- Wild Charge / High Horsepower
- Morning Sun

As if Ponyta couldn't get any better, now you went and gave it a STAB Pursuit clone. When you have the highest BST in LC (higher than many fully evolved mons at 410), you get privileges, I guess

Growlithe @ Eviolith
Ability: Justified
Level: 5
EVs: 196 Atk / 76 Def / 36 SpD / 196 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Morning Sun
- Flare Blitz
- Return / Wild Charge

Growlithe @ Eviolite
Ability: Justified
Level: 5
EVs: 156 HP / 116 Atk / 196 SpD / 36 Spe
Careful Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Morning Sun
- Flare Blitz
- Wild Charge

Hello there, do you hate Pawniard and Vullaby? Wish you could get rid of them lickitity split? Well, I have the answer for you! For the low-low cost and subpar stats, you can use the only thing in LC that gets the ability that traps those pesky Dark-types, Growlithe! Luckily, Growlithe has Will-O-Wisp and Flare Blitz for Pawniard and Wild Charge for Vullaby, so if you play your cards right, it shouldn't disappoint.

Corphish @ Eviolith
Level: 5
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 196 Atk / 76 Def / 236 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Aquatic Assault
- Aqua Jet
- Knock Off
- Swords Dance

pain

Ledyba @ Eviolith
Ability: Huge Power
Level: 5
EVs: 36 HP / 196 Atk / 36 Def / 236 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- U-turn
- Mach Punch
- Ice Punch

With a Jolly nature, Ledyba can reach 33 Attack with Huge Power + Eviolith
That's actually impressive.

Snubbull @ Berry Juice
Level: 5
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 36 HP / 116 Atk / 116 Def / 196 SpD / 36 Spe
Impish Nature
- Fairy Lock
- Fire Punch
- Thief
- Earthquake

The other annoying Fairy in LC really appreciates being able to trap things. Even if it can't fully trap Mienfoo and Hot Tag Timburr, neither of them enjoy taking a Fairy Lock to the face.
