Yes when looking for a HP just when it says search for greater then or equal enter 0 and then just put in a 0 for attack since it wont matter

If you already do have it downloaded just put in 490-590 as the min/max delay
I wont use a master ball... I HATE master balls.... if anything I would just Heavy Ball it.... but I was thinking since the Dive Ball has a really cool animation... I would use it... and no Dive Ball is 1 since Lugia didn't come from the water.....

I finally hit my seed... got the right frame number... got it down to exactly 1 hp... and put it to sleep.... and threw about 60 or so Dive Balls at it.... that fucker woke up... and used all of his moves... (I put him to sleep every turn he woke up) and then he goes and fuckin struggles..... FUCKIN STRUGGLES.... I'LL KILL A MOTHA.... I'LL FUCKIN KILL 'EM.... KILL EM....
