    winters, if i want to backup my flashcart .sav files, what i need to copy and paste to my pc is the .sav file only right or do i need the nds file as well? I'm asking this because i don't want to risk losing my saves again. D:

    Ok, some questions about the guide...

    In your example, you use a seed with a shiny frame of 5. You tell people to confirm their seed by calling Elm and later, you suggest they call Joey to hit frame 5. But...doesn't calling Elm to confirm the seed advance the frame?

    In addition, you say to advance to one frame before your target frame (since the daycare guy advances the frame by one), and that once the egg is out, to save in front of him. So, should I run inside the daycare house until he calls and then save? And could the npc on that route cause problems?

    Yup. 5th Gen Shiny Egg Abuse is second nature. I should mention that I usually use PPRNG for most of my 5th Gen needs. 4th Gen is where I usually turn to RNG Reporter.

    So...if I'm understanding this correctly...find a seed that has the IV and nature I desire and then, look through the seed till I find the right shiny frame?

    Well, I don't know what to do in order to find a shiny seed for an egg in HG using RNG Reporter. Thanks to your tutelage, I've gotten non-shiny 4th Gen breeding down, but I don't know what are the extra steps to get a shiny egg. And I also understand that the current RNG Reporter can find shiny seeds for 4th Gen breeding? Is that true?

    I tried it with PikaTimer at 1.70 second so the scene would be right when where the timer ends.
    you really can't. it advances in a funny way based on a register that does.. something that no one is really sure about.
