Well, technically, any cloned Pokemon not created through the Emerald or GTS cloning glitches isn't legit, but your Pokemon will be completely legal and tournament eligible.

Sure. If you want to get a .pkm to your game, download the .pkm off of Pokecheck and use Pokemon Selector to send it to your game ribbon free (note: enter the GTS with a full party). Pokecheck has information on how to connect to either website on your DS on their front page.

Its a Fake GTS stats recorder, so you can check the info on all of your mons. Just mak an account and Connect to their dns, once you've done that you can Send one of the pokemon to the data system as If you were trading it on GTS, but its not trading it, just getting its data. It should tell you all the info on the mons just incase I missed something.
