I can think of a few reasons.

TRC has fallen more often than Aero. Based on recent events that apparently everyone in TRC forgot about, it's probably more likely now.

Unfortunately not. I only have a little while at college.
Played a total of 5 games. All losses. I hated the Battle HAXway and I hoped that Random Matchup, or whatever it is called, would be different. Looks like it isn't....
I tried one battle today with this team (all not EV trained because I cannot do that well >.>):
1). Scarf Aggron with Rock Head Head Smash! (only poke that I have ever bred for moves).
2). Lefties D-Nite with EQ, E-Speed, Fire Punch, and Outrage.
3). LO Scizor for Clean up.
Needless to say: I am horrid. Lost a game to MisHAX on a Frosslass in the hail.....
Abomasnow out first against my Aggron. Switches to Frosslass. I miss every one of my attacks!!!
I quit for the day to cool down >:(
Anyway, on a much lighter note, I have spent a little time lurking around the GBU thing.
Looks interesting so far, but I still do not know enough. I'll be lurking for 24-48 hours longer.

A group is only as active as it's leader. Besides, I am a part of other dead groups, as I am sure that you are.
I give all groups a chance. Plus, this is a "dead period" with little activity in all groups.
Neonuke and his buddy at Team Shadoreus aren't your guys, are they?
