Uh... You have to be using Excel 2007 or later and have macros enabled. If you don't have that you'll have to wait until whatever version of RNG reporter implements it.

What do you mean by 8 seconds before? So lets say my desired time in seconds on the RNG reporter says 00:10:08
so I enter the game on 00:10:00 instead?
