Besides, you already said you use Protect, don't go changing up, you can't do that in VGC. Once you select the move, there's no turning back. No "cancel" button...

T-tar -> F-punch on Aboma

Turn 2:
Aboma -> Protect
Chomp -> Flamethrower miss
Top -> Sucker Punch whatever
T-tar -> F-punch Top (wouldn't double-attack there)
Turn 3:
T-tar switch to Dugtrio
Aboma Ice-shard, Top Mach-punch, Trio Dies
Chomp Flamethrower -> Aboma, Aboma dies
T-tar switches in...
look there! Back to normal!!!

either way, Garchomp would kill you. Garchomp isn't afraid of hitmontop, and so F-blasts the 2nd poke (ChainChomp)
and T-tar can attack all it likes. Using Fire-Punch for equally SE/OHKO damage...
either way, you can't beat it. Even when changing the weather...
You already switched in Abomasnow, therefore that's a 2-turn process, making Garchomp able to use 2 F-blasts on Abomasnow...

Nope. Garchomp Dodges with his Ability and Brightpowder, gets a setup on DoubleTeam. And can still use Fire Blast with Special Damage...
you get the point, equivalent moves would work just as well. Perhaps the ChainChomp Swords Dance/Fire Blast would work with equal measure?
with all that on a GARCHOMP it is - Garchomp has stats that would allow it to sweep anything. Just add Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw/Outrage and Fire Punch and it's GG...
