R/S gets different spreads than Emerald so search by Method 1 for stationary or H-2 for wild captures in RNG Reporter (main window) using the seed 5A0.
NixHex is going to write a R/S breeding guide soon, and it will also be supported in a near future release of RNG reporter. I have no clue about how it's done as I've never played R/S before.
Here. Scroll down. Be aware that breeding is different than Emerald so that guide won't help at all.
Yeah. I've used both DS Lite and GBA SP for Emerald abuse. For dead battery R/S the initial seed is 5A0 btw.
Yeah it doesn't seem that way. I'm getting constant results with the same number or advancements leading me to believe it's erratic placement instead of occurrence.
Tornadus was more random, due to high PID frames, but the they were none the less manage able.
Well some of the frame advances look predictable due to the amount of lightning that occurred when Thundurus was leaving. Like if you see in the results that happened quite a few times :x
Yeah based on what MMX and I have been testing, even after find your PID or something like that(Unless you're extremely lucky) you will hardly ever know how to hit your desired PID frame or not. It's a real pain to do figure out how to fix this :s

I would assume so (it's not designed for the DS, so it shouldn't interact with its clock in any way), but I've never tried it myself, so I'm not certain.
