Don't trust the control panel for anything. It's only going to show users who've been banned through the CP.
i posted the addresses, and the panel said he's banned (the nick i banned, you can see with the ip addreses i posted)
yep but with the control panel 2 weeks ago. Then zacchaeus did ban him. I will post the addresses
yeah i meant smogon po, but nvm if you're at work. its just about sogeking, i banned him and he avoided the first bann, then zacchaeus banned him for one week but he's still using proxy and he was on a few mins ago.
