Im M3 helped me on IRC :D, He went step by step with me till I got it. I have had my Sapphire since 2003 when it first came out and barely used it till now :3 I will be catching a non-shiny quiet Kyogre too in a great ball along with steven's Beldum, Fossil Cradily, and the Wynaut egg.
Lol yeah but I am not spending a lot of time on these, I am not sure if you seen my shiny starter Swampert from Pokemon Sapphire I need to get through XD fast so I can transfer it to my Emerald for move tutoring and transfer stuff to Sapphire to help me catch the 3 Regis with that careful shiny spread :)
I am currently XD resetting :D, Trying to get a good Chansey is a premier ball then going to reset Solrock/Electabuzz/Salamence/Lugia.
I don't unfortunately =(
How about Sand Force Hippoptas? That's the only other uncommon sort of DW Poke that I would have, I also have DW Dratini and Vulpix but I think you already have those.

Long story short:
1. DL pokemon file from Pokecheck.
2. Look at instructions on Pokecheck.org for how to do your internet connection EXCEPT put in http://www.pokegts.us's DNS (at top of page)
3. Upload .pkm file here: http://www.pokegts.us/5thGen_Distribute.aspx click on link at bottom.
4. (Have 6 guys in party). Log onto GTS. The uploaded pokemon is DLed to your box.
5. Reset internet options afterwards.
It's super easy, and a godsend.
