Synchronize doesnt work on roaming Pokemon like tornadus or cresselia :(

it will always be the same raikou and synchronize doesnt work on him, since it is a roaming pokemon. its stats are generated right after you meet him in the tower, so you might wanna save before you see him there, in case you still want to sr him.
You have to beat the elite 4 to make a new raikou appear, after you already saw him in the tower.
I meant what hidden power does it have?

well, im going to bed now, dreaming about my repaired ds...
i already tried heating it, but i didnt wanna break anything, since i thought the water will go away by itself again. yes ill bring it somewhere, where they should be able to fix it.
ill definitely wont close it.
the thing is that i sold my tv, pc, xbox and wii at the same time my ds broke and that fucking sucks big time.
anyway ill ask a friend of mine, if he could give me his old one, which is also messed up, but still working.

i think i can pretty much close my trade thread, since my ds did not repair itself yet and i wont buy another one.
my sister got water over my ipod touch about 6 months ago and it repaired itself after two days, so im still hoping for my ds...
ok something great just happened.
i got a shiny axew with 31 in speed IVs.
No, im just kidding. Instead my DS is broken now... It turns itself off after a couple of seconds, probably because i got water all over it -.-

Emerald, Perl, Diamond, Platinum, HGSS, Black and White

you just have to start the battle with an abra that is lets say timid. 50 percent of all pokemon you encounter will be timid then.

yes it is, i sr lugia from time to time and i got a few that were very good, but i was too damn picky.
in the end i started a new game, without catching one -.-
my suicune is also from heartgold and its IVs are good.
