Ah, ok, cool.
If you are setting it up you have to change/add 2 things.
One: The Kindred HAVE to be looking for this shady place, because that is where the stolen Burst Hearts are sold to rebels. (At a ridiculously high price mind you). But the black market is extremely well hidden, and many of the people who run it are armed.
Two: The people who run the black market have to be wearing the red and yellow Void Cube symbol on their left chest. That is because Team Paradox runs it (hence they are well armed. Some are even Bursts themselves)

Oh, wonderful. I'll have her pop in, then. I'm asking to make sure she's not gonna walk into a fight and get herself killed, since she's normally disorientated for the first few minutes after being in Burst form.
