O'righty, I'm real good friends with Chortles, I'll let him know. The battle rules are standard October VGC'13 rules, but it is a best of three, so you have to win two battles to claim victory. Once defeated you will usurp his Executive spot, and will thus access privileges available only to Executive members.
Ok, you can choose frome three different executives to battle.
