    Hi, I was wondering if you knew about the "time machine method." If you backup your save before your egg is generated you can essentially "lock" in a certain shiny value and inheritance pattern for that egg. Thought you might be interested.

    Do you run inside the Daycare center to get the egg to spawn, or can you go outside to pickup?
    Also, the only trouble with that is the TSV is pretty much set. So I'd have to keep doing until I find a TSV that will hatch shiny for me. Which would be a pain in the ass with only 0924, which is why I am going for a crap ton of saves xD!

    It's cool to go with a crap ton of saves. But once you have an inheritance you like that matches one of your tsv's, you're set. Just go outside to pick up the egg.

    I'll definitely give it a try once I get a bunch of saves going, it'll make it easier for that method!

    I plain abuse on a emulator 4th gen, but i dont know how to do because I only abuse on my nds in original cartridges, how i can set the time on the ds menu for star the first time?
