Don't listen to that big silly Lizardman. He is just in denial of how amazing milotic is. I have topped just about every single ou ladder with my custom milotic set on drizzler teams and some even sun milotic. He just does not want to open a Milotic style Pandora's box when he is talking to you.

Since it's an event you should be able to just download it directly without the ribbon. If you'd rather have a direct trade, it'll have to wait until I get home to my DS.

I don't use Pokécheck, but I'm able to clone by copying save files. If you Pokétransfer with two DSes (I've read some people use a program on the computer or Pokécheck or something, which I don't like), I'll send over two Chanseys with the nickname Megumi and a Chansey without a nickname in 4th gen, and I'll grab one of the nicknamed Chanseys in 5th gen.
Otherwise, I'll just send only one nicknamed Chansey along with the non-nicknamed one.
Cipher, I've got some bad news. I am completely off scheduled and I don't think I'll be able to deliver the gyarados to you on time. I apologize for the delay and for the inconveince. That is fine, but just remember. You don't have to post about Milotic whenever someone mentions it. I say this for your own good, so you don't seem out of place.
Other people who care about BW2, what pokemon got better, and what pokemon are relevant atm do though. Lanturn can check rain and Thunderus relatively well.
Lanturn is a pokemon which actually benefitted from the bw2 changes, Milotic didn't though.

I guess I can't argue with that, but I personally wouldn't even touch either of them with a 20 foot pole. This metagame or that one.
Whenever I see you post though, half the time it seems like it is about poor Milotic though. I am concerned if you like it too much, or if people are really interested or not. :(
Rough Skin Garchomp can be offensive too btw.
