I wasn't either until this past year. Then I decided it was time I watched all those movies that people are always quoting so I got a Netflix account and, well, the rest is history. Oh, and if you have any suggestions for movies you want to see just let me know. I've kinda been running out of ideas for my queue so I wouldn't mind pushing any ideas of yours to the top.

Don't feel like you have to work super hard on something. To be honest, your present was as much a present for me as it was for you. I feel like being able to access my files from anywhere in the world might come in handy. Though getting your account set up so that you can access files without being able to delete my entire filesystem was a little tricky. :)

Hm, I don't know where to start. :D It really depends on what type of movie you want to watch. Goofy comedy? Blues Brothers, Hot Rod, or The Spongebob Movie. Tear-jerking? I Am Sam or 5 Centimeters Per Second. Classic? Pulp Fiction or The Departed (not a classic yet but one day it will be). And that's just from the movies in the first section. I haven't really given Max's movies a look-through yet.

Heh, it's not so hard once you've taken a couple classes in it. And I'm not even that good. You should see my roommate. Guy has a paid internship working at Cisco on an actual product and stuff. And he has a full ride to my school. AND they pay for his housing, meal plan, and they give him spending money each month. So jelly, man.

Hm. That's not terrible... but not great either. When I tested it locally it downloaded in a couple of minutes. Oh well, could be worse. Also, Blues Brothers is on the larger side (because it's such a long movie) so other movies shouldn't take nearly as long. Still, you should let me know which movies you want in advance so you'll have time to download before watching.

Hm, I should write some sort of script that lets you monitor my Netflix Queue so you can see what's coming up next...

Yeah, Blues Brothers is like >2 hours long. But that's awesome that it worked. I had no idea if it was even going to work long distance since I only tested it locally. So yeah, congrats on having your own account on my computer! I'll try to get a list of all the media up whenever I figure out how to do that.

Oh, and even if you aren't going to watch Blues Brothers tonight, you should try downloading it. I want to see what the speed of a long distance download will be. Hopefully it's not too slow.
