IVs: 30 Attack, 30 Special Attack, and 3 Speed (I intend to have HP Grass, if that is relevant.)
Do not worry about EV Training. I will take care of that myself.
Move Set: Surf, Ice Beam, Hidden Power, Protect
I have a team in mind. I want to run a Rain Team. I was a swimmer in high school and love being in the water. As such, water is my favorite type. So Politoed, Kingdra, and Rotom W for sure. Also consider: Azumarill, Gyarados, Toxicroack, and Armalod. Thank you much.
