  • Ok, and it was a bit jokingly, it was just something from another conversation he was having.
    Well, it is a lot of gas but believe me, even if you win by hax it's still a win. Based on what mediocre talent shows up there your team can win at least 5 of 8 battles, which is good enough to get you at the head table. I think it takes at least 6 of 8 wins to make it into the top cut. Plus all of the good seniors moved up to masters this year, so the window of oppurtunity is now.
    :D

    So you joined! Nice! I can tell you some other things. As we battle against other people, we get experience. After getting certain guidelines (TBA), our Pokemon will be able to evolve. I don't know how we will be able to get more Pokemon in OU (eventually, it will become OU tier battles, so some Pokemon don't evolve, but are powerful), but I will try to find that out as soon as possible. Oh, and when one nation manages to get complete unity (all kingdoms captured), there is more fun to be had (rebellion within the kingdoms! Riot! Riot!).

    So what Pokemon are you planning to get? Do you want me to target a specific nation to strengthen you, me, and the others (like Fire, Dragon, etc.)?
    You are welcome. By the way, I am the warlord of Fortuna, so you are welcome to join if you want. It is your choice. ;)
    Branny, you stated you were having trouble trying to understand the Conquest. At the beginning, we are restricted to NFE Pokemon that matches the kingdom's type (except Eevee, everyone is permitted to use Eevee). When kingdoms start conquering one another, say Ignis (Fire-types) conquers Aurora (Normal-types), then the winning kingdom can use Pokemon with the same type as the losing kingdom. So if Ignis won, all players in Ignis are permitted to use Normal-types.
    That's a shame. Well that's what my parents first told me in VGC'11. A Pokemon convention makes it sound childish, and stupid. It does'nt help that TPCi aims Pokemon at children who really have no idea how to play the game correctly. To help convince them, you can tell them that you win prizes, have fun, and it's not a convention it's a tournament, that is heavy strategy. Only the total geeks show up, and don't compete. It's free so that's a plus.
    Really? I got stuck for like a half hour on one part in there that was painfully obvious when I figured it out >.<
    Hope I go. :( My hockey team has to play two games this weekend. One against the Altoona Trackers, on Saturday, and another against the Johnstown Jets (the jets cursive logo you saw in PML) on Sunday, it's so far away I have to stay in a hotel. Hopefully there won't be a game on the 14th, if there is I will be crushed. ;_;
    I really want to do a runthrough of Skyward Sword left-handed with no heart piece pickups, but I haven't gotten around to it :P
    Link's Awakening is the one Zelda game I haven't played. Majora's Mask was probably my favorite just because it had many unique aspects that weren't present in other games. I still have yet to beat Zelda 1, though :P

    I heard that they had a poll for the type of Zelda game they would make, and apparently Majora's Mask won, putting a freaking Link to the Past sequel in second place. I would've rather had the Link to the Past sequel.
    Okay so I basically rewrote this post so as to not spam your profile with needless updates. I am ready to battle now, if you can. PMing you with some info and whatnot
    I have'nt played Lawerence County yet, not sure how good they are but I think they have two teams in my age division. I've played the Armstrong Arrows (another team listed in PML), and they are real bad.
