in fact, you could be described as 'toned' now - did you bulk/cut over the last year or did you do gain muscle/lose fat simultaneously because, if you did, that pretty much shits all over the toning naysayers...

i interpret the hate on toning as some sort of old-school bodybuilder contempt from meatheads who were offended that not everybody who goes into a gym aspires to look like them so they belittle their efforts. It frustrates the heck out of me tbh, I interpret it as meaning 'gain muscle/lose fat' and isn't that the long-term goal for most of us? ughhhhh just want to move on from the whole ugly affair

I think that's fine...it sums up what it's all about but if we're going for such a 'no frills' title it might have been nice to get one of the artists to whip up a cool image for the OP. Iunno, something like a Machamp punching a Snorlax in the stomach and some fancy lettering alongside it, that sorta thing! Maybe throw up a request in Smeargle's Studio and see what people come up with...I remember one of our earliest ideas for the thread was the SSS thing...using a loose Pokemon theme to create a relaxed environment and this would sorta achieve that.
