I apologize for taking so long; I was really busy.
All I have to say is, give Starmie Ice Beam instead of Scald. It looks like Gliscor is giving you a lot of shit; any set that has Substitute and can touch Heatran pretty much rips up your team. Ice Beam also hits Dnite, and the Therians, when it's not safe for Heatran to come in.
