Scarf Zekrom has Bolt Strike and Outrage but electric cannot touch ground-types.
CB Gyarados is strong though, it destroys everyone, Also lol Scarf Groudon is OK with Adamant Hammer Arm, EQ, Fried Punch and Rock Slike.

They are now implemented - I have not done any formatting/checking yet though.
