I really don't know. You'd have to ask Stalltaria. And if Tikidude isn't giving up Poison, then THAT one would go to Pachi (which is most likely what's happening).
It's still Tikidude for now. If he will give up the title, it will become Pachi, if she is ready.

Yes u have to be ghost you can have two wildcards if you want
Wild cards can be anything. I use bysharp as he's double resist to everything that is super effective tobghost
